Can I change my ticket type later?

Yes, you can upgrade your ticket type at any point before the event, subject to availability. Please contact our support team for assistance.
Is my registration transferable?

Registrations can be transferred up to 7 days before the event. You'll need to email us with your registration details and the details of the person taking your spot.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money payments. Payment instructions will be provided upon successful registration submission.
Do you offer group discounts?

Yes, we offer a 15% discount for groups of 5 or more attendees. Please contact our sales team at sales@globalbrandconcept.com for a custom invoice.
Are meals included in the ticket?

Light refreshments are provided for all attendees. VIP ticket holders have access to premium catering and the speaker dinner. There are also multiple food vendors at the carnival section.
